Bought a Kia Niro back in July 2020 after asking them if it could tow. The answer was yes and also it could tow the capacity we required. We placed a deposit and arrange for Kia Burton to fit the tow bar.We arranged to collect the car as we had to travel around 100 miles and on the way to collect it they called to say tow bar could not be fitted. We had no choice but to collect the car with the promise that the tow bar would be fitted by at a later date as our part exchange would not be insurance after the date and the MOT was due. Kia Burton never arranged to have the tow bar fitted by a mobile mechanic after i phoned up to find out what was happening. They said we could have our money back for the tow bar and arrange to have it fitted ourselves. The upshot was that we were totally misled by the Kia dealership as the Niro cannot tow. By telling us it could be fitted they were endangering our lives but neither Kia or Kia Burton seemed to be both. Beware as they will do anything to sell a car! I'm surprised that you said I supplied photos of Niros with tow bars as I did not and can actually prove this- it is totally false! You would expect a Kia dealer to know if a tow bar can be fitted or not after all they are supposed to be the experts! In this case sadly not! As for the length of reply unfortunately I had other things going on due to the pandemic.

Came in for a part exchange on my Kia Rio and was promptly met by my Salesman, Vinny Thornton. After having a detailed browse through the showroom and selection of cars outside, I decided to purchase Kia Ceed below on the Kia Access scheme. My Rio was used as a deposit towards the Ceed and after a very detailed explanation and presentation from Vinny, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The Ceed was ready in 4 days and was in absolutely perfect, showroom condition, especially for a 16 plate vehice. Onto my salesman: Vinny was professional, courteous, down-to-earth and understanding. He explained everything to the last detail and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be asking for his help again in the future! Thanks Vinny and the guys at Burton Kia!

Had a great experience buying my car from Kia Burton. The member of staff we dealt with was excellent, she told us everything we needed to know about the car. Explain the different options available to us to purchase the car plus other extras that were available to us. Then when we went to pick the car up she had made sure it had been cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I also received a courtesy call from the member of staff we dealt with asking if everything was ok with the car and if we had any questions about the car. We were also told to phone anytime if we had any question or concerns. You couldn't ask for better customer service.

Really poor service from Burton Kia. Purchased a car from them only to find out that it needed servicing literally the day I took it. When asked about this Kia said it’s my responsibility to check..... my response is when I buy from a dealership I shouldn’t have to service the car for a year as it should be done before I purchased the vehicle. If I knew then I would of asked them to do it before hand. Then the timing chain went!!! Kia took to responsibility at all leaving me with over 700 to pay. Speaking to Charlie bullock.. (representative at Burton Kia) and he basically is saying tough look. Really disappointed as we have had numerous cars from them in the past..... please check service books before the car leaves the fore court. Trading standards are involved to see if I can recoup at least half my money..... not holding my breathe. I sent the invoice from the garage who serviced my car to Kia, with all the parts he used. You just don’t want to admit ur in the wrong
