I booked a Bike Fit with Adrian Timmis, Cadence Bike Fit. Adrian is passionate about cycling as a sport (with professional rider background) . He is a equally as passionate about cycling as a leisure activity. Adrian is extremely knowledgable. He carried out a very thorough bike fit and assessment of me on my bike in addition to cleat adjustment and new shoe cleat set up! What a massive difference the adjustments have made both to my position on my bike and overall comfort! I took a post Bike Fit ride on Zwift with no niggles, reassured that everything on my bike was tweaked to perfection. Thank you!

I booked a bike fit with Adrian at the start of July (face masks required). I defiantly recommend a bike fit with Adrian, he sorted out the positioning of my seat, cockpit (Hoods/Brake levers) and shoes (cleats). An added benefit is his wealth of experience in the sport, hearing about other aspects such as fitness and training is an added benefit and those little bits of information are a valuable aid into improving my fitness and strength.
