Have used PP as my letting agents for almost 20 years. Very friendly and lovely staff over the years. Never needed to use any other agent. With out a doubt the worst company I have ever had to have dealings with! Unfortunately ended up renting a house through this estate agents and had been nothing but trouble from the get go. The house being falsely advertised with extra living space ... that didn't even exist to which I was told I wouldn't receive my deposit back if I pulled out and I wouldn't receive a lower rent either. Moved into the house with multiple problems, things broken, dirty, black mould, damp ect and It almost like I have to fight and be at logger heads for them to actually do anything. I'm currently in a situation with them where I have a hole in my flat roof, there level of repair was to take a slab of my garden and place it on top .... inevitably this has led to more problems which include part of my ceiling falling down 3 weeks in and still no repair, being told \well you have another living room don't you\ any one looking to rent buy sell PLEASE avoid this company at all cost.
Be aware of this agency!!!!!! We have almost one year broken boiler, they wasnt want to repair it. Now after one year they was send company whichone was telling this boiler is death, it need to be change. So we was telling that we dont will be pay rent. They starting with conviction throw us. We was contacting Citizen advice and lawyer, but you really be carefull. They dont repair you nothing and they will want just money. If you looking house dont take from them nothing!!!!! Tell it also your friends and share it!!!
