I first ordered from Burts during lockdown & was very impressed with their service & excellent delivery. I have continued to order from them regularly & have never been disappointed. The quality of the meat is excellent & good value for money. Well done Burts keep up the good work!

Extremely dissatisfied. I had a few occasions when the delivery I received was not up to the same standard as the previous delivery. When I called to discuss was told that was all they could get hold of. I also had one occasion where I was delivered smaller eggs than I had ordered but charged more for them. When I called to question this I was told again that this was all they could get hold of and the price had gone up. I pointed out that I would appreciate being advised of this before the delivery, as I was having to double up sometimes to give our customers the same quantity! I once received an order of Sausages that had started to defrost, so called them to ask that they were swapped over. This morning I received an order with, again, a replacement of my normal product. I originally bought this particular make of product because they had advised me it was their best burger and most popular. When I called them about it I was initially told that it was the same burger. I pointed out that I had the old box in front of me and these were not the same. These were also Halal burgers which I had not ordered. He then told me that this was all they had. I asked if they could in the future let me know if they have to replace a product before they deliver so that I can decide if this was OK. I was told in no uncertain terms to go elsewhere for my stock from now on as they were fed up with me moaning all the time. Surely, if I had not been receiving a sub standard service...... I wouldn't have to. Our experience with this company started out great....... Then went slowly down hill. I understand that Covid has affected us all, and some products are more difficult to come by. But that is no excuse for poor customer service and for a customer to put up with such rudeness over the phone.
I started ordering meat from Burts during lockdown and have continued to do so. The quality of the meat is excellent. Can’t fault the service I have received from them. Ordering is easy and delivery is always when expected. Great service, thanks .
Good quality meat, the beef is outstanding. Delivery is spot on. Will be getting my meat from here from now on. Highly recommended.
Awful experience. Such rude staff. Incredibly aggressive for no reason. Were simply asking a question. I think it was the owner big old bloke, told me to shut up. Never had such treatment. He must be putting all that toxic attitude into his food too.
