We want to thank your company very much for a job well done .A chap come to measure the garage door . A couple of days later two workmen turned up and made a lovely job of fitting it. They were very polite and well mannered and did not stop for a tea break. I would recommended this company to anyone thinking of having a garage door fitted Olive W atton

Appalling service, if you have any sense do not use this company. Poor customer service, not professional at all. I booked a few appointment for Gary to attend after being promiced, no one shown up or called me, after so many times they said they would come round. No one seems to know who is doing what. No one answers the telephone very random. Poor workmanship. Not to mention after sales service.

Appointment made for Gary to come and measure up and discuss the various options of door for our property. I received an email confirming the date and time of the appointment, and they had our address and telephone (and email) contact details. No one ever came, and no communication was made at all to apologise or explain. If you want the business you have to, at the very least, show up.

Very poor experience from this company, good at fitting doors but after care is disgraceful. Garage door fitted in March 2015, handle broke in May 2016 so came round gained access to garage and replaced handle and lock due to having a two year warranty. March 2017 the handle goes again, phoned company and was told someone would come out in next few days. Week comes and still no one, told Gary (owner) was really busy and would be here 2-4 Friday afternoon to fixed the problem. 5pm I phone up and said no one has been to be told oh he has been but didn't have to parts with him even though he knew what the fault was, I know he definitely didn't come because myself and partner were in all day. Got a text on Sunday apologising saying he would be here Monday as a matter of urgency. Monday night still no sign and yet another apology and told he will be here Tuesday morning, I phoned up at 4pm saying no one here then told he is definitely still coming. Phone up Wednesday morning to see what is happening to be now told sorry it's now run out of warranty (was in warranty when first reported) and here is a number of another company who can sort the door out for you. Almost two weeks of getting told it was getting fixed to now being told it's outnof warrant. Absolutely disgusted with this company and not fit to trade
