From start to finish Jack provided a superb service (UV and particle filter installation). Was transparent with his pricing which was the best we could find. Once booked communication was excellent. We would highly recommend Jack and JN Environmental. We had issues with bacteria and chemicals in our water supply. He recommended a solution which involved installing a new water system. During this time, nothing was too much trouble. He did three hour round trips without complaint and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had clean safe water in time for Xmas, working long into the evening when necessary. We are extremely satisfied with Jack and his outstanding commitment and customer service

We have a private bore hole supply serving our Club and Accommodation. Following our normal annual service in fourth quarter 2019, Jack recommended improvements to our system to deal with the acidity (Ph value) and improve the supply pressure to the accommodation. The implementation plan and costs were agreed for January this year. Our local authority quite out of the blue decided to test our supply, quoting the EU regs 2018. This extensive sampled testing highlighted a problem with Radon Gas being transported by the supply. They then required instant remediation by serving an improvement notice. The timing of this gave us only one week before Jack was due to undertake the originally agreed work. He came up with an additional recommendation to deal with the issue and sorted the necessary new additional equipment and completed all the work during a very Long days work. The system installation looks professional and is working satisfactorily. We await further testing by the local authority but remain confident. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending J.N. Environmental, to resolve problems and provide a very professional service.
