Very very Bad Customer service The Old Lady one the phone operator customer service she is very very rude ignorance when they give you the skip they never explain the rule and regulations so you have to be careful read there sooner regulation yourself they are totally different from any skip hire avoid avoid avoid not recommended at all specially because of that lady called Tina.

Absolutely terrible service! Ordered a midi skip and they sent a maxi and charged us extra for their mistake. Our builder had the skip for a total of two days before they came back and picked it up, they told us we could only fill it so far as we originally only booked a midi skip and we could keep the skip for the agreed 14 days if we payed another 80...oh and they forgot to get a permit too so that would be an extra 35 Oh apparently, they also have different prices for public and trade orders which also wasnt made clear to us until after we had ordered and filled the skip! BIG,BIG CON SO BE WARNED!!!!
