One of the best steaks I've had and a great service from the staff in these difficult times.

Just Underwhelming. As a couple we eat out all over and very often. We rarely ever leave poor reviews. The building is lovely, inside is nice, staff were polite, coffee was great. But we each got a main... Cod and chips where the fish was horribly over cooked, the batter was so hard it was difficult to even cut. The side peas were also hard. Steak burger came out looking extremely bland, the bun was burnt to a crisp. You could only taste charcoal and salt whilst eating it. It came with a few fries which were lovely but that's all, disappointing to say the least. Once we had finished the plates didn't get removed for about half an hour and we didn't once get asked what we thought of the food (no excuses on a quiet weekday with hardly any customers in). High prices should mean high quality. We couldn't justify at all.
Great spot to grab food when in a rush. The customer service is rapid, pricing is convenient, awesome atmosphere. Will visit here again
The food was lovely, excellent service and very reasonably priced. We took advantage of the Government eat out offer too. The restaurant was immaculately clean and the waiting staff cleaned the tables and seating thoroughly after each party left their table. Plenty of car parking at the rear of the restaurant too. Worth a visit
Service was a little slow but food was good., This was probably down to the new covid regulations. Waitress was nice and friendly. I would go back
