Bought a very competitively priced 2016 VW Passat Estate from Oakwood in March 2019. I don't change cars very often so was a bit nervous. but the whole process couldn't have been simpler. There was absolutely no sales pressure applied, they gave me a good price for my part-ex and the Passat was absolutely immaculate on collection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them after a very positive experience.

Generally very happy with the customer service (thanks Jason) when buying my used 2017 Skoda Superb from Oakwood. They lost a star as the \Full Service History\ they claimed to have in the advert was not actually a full service history and was missing the service records from one service (i now need to chase Skoda for that). Overall I would recommend Oakwood as a good dealer to work with. Thank you.

Bought the vehicle had a fault, garage offed repair they had the car longer than me under there 30 day warranty! And still not fixed, now out of warranty, so if you have a fault make sure you get your money back before warranty expires
