Every single person you speak to or deal with from the sales team to the parts and service department are incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Even months before I bought my car from them when I called to enquire about the service history of a car for sale at another unrelated dealership, nothing was too much trouble and they called me back rapidly, even on a busy Saturday morning. Since having bought my car from them in November 2019, they have proved that this early impression was bang on and they have been utterly superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough and having bought many brands of car from various dealerships over the years, Desira are, without any doubt, in a different league...absolutely brilliant.

Happy with car servicing, had to return for the A/C work. Overall staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Now had the pleasure of 4 service visits and all good. Car washed every time. Service team can offer a free collection/delivery service if required. Not sure about loan cars. Free coffee and comfortable waiting area a bonus, while you check out the new models in the showroom
