This is the second time I’ve had my car serviced here. As you’d expect the quality of the experience is first rate. The 1st time (pre covid) they collected and delivered to my home (free of charge); this time I was given a new C-Class as a (free) courtesy car. Polite and extremely friendly staff and the car was returned clean, shiny and feeling like new. Every Mercedes dealer I’ve ever experienced (except one in London) has been like this to be fair: it’s one of the reasons I’ve had 7 of them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Mercedes Bury St Edmunds, I had booked a ‘wait in’ service which took approx two hours which flew bye as I was able to work while there in there business area designed for customers use. Free WiFi and plug sockets available, great atmosphere even In COVID times, felt safe with the measures they had it place. I would like to call out the service received by Liam and Lydia in particular, both true advocates of the Mercedes brand very professional and courteous and even talked me through service plan options should I have wished to have taken one.
