We move to Bury St Edmunds just before Christmas in tier 2 my wife enrolled our two sprinters spaniels with swayne and partners. Unfortunately this week(now tier 4) one of the dogs got an eye infection. We phoned the vets and spoke to a receptionist who advised us to take photos and send them in via the company Facebook site. In less than half an hour a vet called us to discuss the issue but also gave us an appointment within an hour now 8.00 PM. We were given clear covid advise to attend. Our Springer was seen by a vet who diagnosed conjunctivitis we were sent away with clear concise advice along with ointment and a follow up appointment. HOWEVER unlike any vets we have been to in the past 2 weeks after the follow up appointment we were called with another bill to cover the follow up appointment no mention of this at the first consultation We have decided to move away from this practice

Went to 24 hour Bury branch today . Got my dog some emergency treatment and he is booked in at Haverhill tomorrow excellent lady vet didn't get her name but will do tomorrow as she is having him in for a scan.
