Absolutely excellent. They have altered my daughter in laws wedding dress so it fitted like a glove, altered two formal outfits for me, made a second hand dinner suit look like it has been tailor made. Turned up numerous pairs of trousers, shorten shirt sleeves, . Yes they are busy but also courteous and helpful and when they say an item will be ready it is.
