very poor and limited in what they offer people who work 9-5 and people are beginners.

Yoga for those Living Cancer run by Bindi Edwards is a wonderful, relaxing and safe yoga class to do. Also helps give you confidence to help cope if going through treatment or living with the after effects of cancer and/or treatments. It's a very supportive group. The cafe serves great food, smoothies and drinks and along with friendly staff, it's a real good place to go.

Don't get me wrong, staff were absolutely fantastic, and friendly aswell but the reason I'm issuing 4 stars is because i spent 12 on taxis (i live over an hours walk away and don't drive) only to wait for half an hour for my allocated person to appear, have no explanation or even apology as to why i had to wait that long, and received 10 minutes of service which very easily could be done over the phone or by email. I was asked what the issue was, what i thought was causing it and was issued basic instructions and to come back if symptoms persisted, your usual humdrum doctor recital.

Went for physio. Which was excellent. The whole place is just a bit odd. Hidden away in a light industrial unit. There is a small café in the entrance which doubles up as reception which all just felt a bit awkward and cobbled together.
