No employees wanted to help, getting school shoes and trainers and no one was around. Ended up getting three pairs and had to find someone to call the same guy back 4 times, he just kept walking away into their shoe closet. Then go to pay and had to go looking for someone yet again. They all seemed to be more interested in conversations with their friends then helping customers when you did find them.

Decent prices but rubbish service from staff very rude !! Went to the bury store . Made me stand and wait a long time for someone to come and get me a size in trainers that I wanted. When I complained the girl that worked there got really mouthy. Wont be going there again.

We got everything that we had gone for, and the staff were extremely helpful in all the dept's we went. Shockingly they appear anti-disability at the moment, with their very restrictive movement system in place around the store - the worst we have come across so far.
