What a wonderful lady Caroline at Bury Branch !!! I bought a ring from a different store in Lancs for my wife as a present but offered it to her passed the 28 days from purchase. The ring was too small! My local store wouldn't exchange it despite a request from Head Office. Head Office told me to go to the Bury branch to see Caroline and exchange it. She was wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. Swarovski should be proud of her ! It is a shame that the original store in Lancs were the exact opposite, unfortunately.
