In Swahili, ‘Busara’ means sensible. Liam was the embedded advisor to several Humanitarian, Development and Human Rights organisations and has supported another thirty and counting. His advice is always described as sensible, pragmatic and bespoke - so it only seemed right to incorporate this into the name. Busara prides itself on making security risk management easy to understand and aims to demystify the subject. It’s not rocket science and we want to make it simple anyone to safeguard their people or prepare for the worst. Whether its physical, personnel or information security risk, our solutions are always sensible and work with your mission and vision, we see risk management as an enabler, not a blocker. Busara was set up to support those working to alleviate suffering and expose wrongdoing, not make money. We always stick to our principles and values no matter what, promising: 1.
