Bus was late on Old Station Road in Chard by at least 20 minutes. Bus was very outdated and got off the bus with a backache. Driver did not drive fast on the A358, got into taunton half a hour late making me miss my train! I would not travel on the 30 Axminster - Taunton service again. Very poor!

Why no telephone contact number?? Despite National Express operate 24/7 the waiting room is only open from 7.30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and it's very miserable waiting for a bus at 1.45 a.m. on a cold winter's night! Toilet facilities are never open.
