I am impressed and grateful for the care and professionalism I enjoyed as a customer at this optician. I had an ongoing problem that others couldn’t solve, however I received advise outlining all my options, without hidden charges. The problem was solved and the glasses I now enjoy have the best prescription to suit me needs to date! I thank all the staff who individually provided high quality customer care. Covid guidelines all observed. I will return, even though I don’t live locally. Highly recommend.

The extensive selection of frames is wonderful and I found exactly what I wanted. My glasses are so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing them. Thank You to the wonderful staff at Eye 2 Eye Opticians in Bushey. The customer service I received was personal and really exceptional. I took time purchasing varifocal glasses and was greatly impressed with the level of care I received each time. They have such a wide range of styles that I felt spoilt for choice. Colin was extremely patient and helpful in advising the right design for my face. I already had a prescription from another optician and the varifocals made, seemed not quite right. They discovered an error on my original prescription; yet despite this, they issued a new pair of glasses promptly, without a quibble. Now that was certainly beyond my expectation! I felt totally reassured and delighted with the outcome. This business puts its customers first, with customer satisfaction as a top priority. This is why I have no hesitation in recommending them. Despite lockdown restrictions, they delivered a superb service and were caring and helpful at all times.

A very pleasant experience - I can now read small print on various items in my food pantry which I couldn't alway do. I love to read and now the print is much clearer. Driving is also pleasant even at night. Thank you.
