I had been looking for a new car for a while and spotted one on Hallidays website which I really liked the look of. I messaged and got a very quick reply from Jamie S who I dealt with the whole way through to buying the car and picking it up. I can't thank Jamie enough for the time he spent sorting it out for me and answering all of my many questions!! I was very impressed with the service from Jamie and the whole shopping experience was great from start to finish. The friendly family vibe when you walk into Hallidays is hard to find nowadays and just added to the whole experience. So thank you again for all your help and thank you to Jody for being so welcoming and kind too.

Could give these guys nothing but 5 , amazing customer service nothing is too much trouble & oh boy I made them work hard to sell me my new car as the amount of hoops I had them jumping through to get the red tape out of the way (long story but apparently you need a driving licence to buy a car even though you will never drive it as it was bought for someone else). A huge thank you to Robin and the rest of the team as \Bumble\ the yellow Cactus is very much loved & even passed the shopping day out test with room to spare xx

We will soon be picking up our 3rd van ordered through Caroline. She is an asset to the sales team, very helpful, pleasant,extremely professional, knowledgeable, has brilliant customer service and communication skills. She always ensues we get a good value for money and all the accessorises we require for our business needs. Caroline is passionate about her job and makes buying/changing a vehicle stress free and goes out of her way to ensure we as customers are always happy and our needs are fulfilled.
