AVOID!!!! Totally incompetent and dishonest company who expect customers to pay for their mistakes. Ordered and paid for fuel on 4/3 and was told it would be delivered by 14/3 at the absolute latest. On 14/3 I called them at lunchtime and was told the order was out for delivery. Hadn't arrived by 6.45 and I called them again and was told they had been trying to call me all afternoon but couldn't get me (no messages left, no missed calls, so that is untrue). Driver too busy to call in at our Post Office to find out where we live (we own the Post Office!!). Called again today but have been told that it won't be delivered today and in fact they cannot give me a delivery date. Alarm bells are going off now. This is the sort of behaviour I would expect from a company which is experiencing extreme cash flow problems and is likely to go into administration. Lots of contradictory excuses, lots of lies but no actual deliveries seem to be being made.
