I found Butterflies difficult to find as I was looking for a salon, then found it in a mini mall. When I arrived Butterflies was closed and the woman in the stall opposite said they had locked up and left! I phoned the mobile phone constantly, left a voicemail a text but no-one replied or returned my call. I waited 15 minutes before the owner arrived and she didn't apologise. I at least deserved to be told she would be late. This Keratin treatment is different from the ones I've had in the past as it only lasts about 4 weeks and will need repeating. If I'd known that it would only last such a short period of time I wouldn't have booked, but it was already being applied before I was told. It was explained clearly to me when booking that this wasn't the straightening treatment. The owner complained about previous customers and bad reviews the whole time. She did give me lots of advice on how to care for my hair and even the hairdresser who was not working today, came in to give me a professional blow dry. I paid extra for the "professional blow dry" but I didn't get that. Parking was easy but expensive. It cost 6.20 for 3 hours. In total my costs were 60 and after leaving I felt I paid way over the odds for a treatment which only lasts 4 weeks. I felt it was a waste of money as I've paid this for a keratin treatment which lasts 4-6 months before. SINCE WRITING MY REVIEW THE OWNER HAS SENT ME NASTY TEXT MESSAGES BECAUSE I GAVE HER A LESS THAN PERFECT REVIEW. MY REVIEW IS VERY ACCURATE SO SHE SHOULDN'T BEHAVE THE WAY SHE DID AND HAS CONTINUED TO DO SO IF SHE WANTS 5 STARS!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T USE THIS SALON!!

Why do you have a telephone if you are not going to answer any of the calls you receive. It’s not actually fair on people who waste their money and at the end they cannot even get through the phone to discuss anything it’s actually so rude and unprofessional be happy people are willing to spend their money for your services (which actually pays your bills) respect people at least answer the phone calls. Also this place is so hard to find it’s in a middle of some next shopping centre it is ridiculous directions are not clear at all.

I made an appointment for a facial weeks in advance as they were booked up . I received a text a couple of days prior to my booking time, asking if I can go to their Harrow branch instead of the Wembley one my appointment was at...ok that was fine . Then on the day of the appointment, I take a half day holiday from work, very much looking forward to my treat,and as I'm making my way to 19 Dukes Ave branch ,I get a text an hour before saying my appointment has been cancelled as the therapist has a cold and needs to rest!!! I understand people get sick, but they should have been professional and called me in the morning or day before- not when I'm on my way- colds don't appear all of a sudden . I've just tried to call for a full explanation and to reschedule as I have a prepaid voucher, and she's not answering!!! Very very very un professional and unreliable!!!! Avoid this place .

Went here for dermaplaning and it was great! The lady is amazing, very informative, careful and sweet. She did such a good job as well, my skin looks and feels amazing! I would definitely recommend going to her if you’re in the area. Even though the place is smaller than expected, do not be deterred by it. Thank you so much to butterflies beauty!

Had my first hydrafacial today and it was such an amazing experience. Meeta explains each stage as she goes through the process so you can ask questions and feel relaxed at the same time.
