She always does a great job of alterations and repairs. Very reliable and affordable. She's a bit shy (ignore anything about her customer service. She's nice you just have to get to know her) but great job and great prices.

The woman who runs this business is unfortunately not very friendly & the level of customer service is really poor, not welcoming at all sadly , no please ,thank you or anything but given they are the only dry cleaning business on Francis Rd they maybe feel they don't have any completion so can afford to take customers for granted it seems. I prefer to walk further out now to other dry cleaners who are more polite, welcoming and friendly unless I get really desperate. Seriously some of these types of business really need some customer service training
I used to live really close and needed to alter a dress that I bought online since it was too long for me. It was my second time going there (first time was just fixing the zipper on a jacket). It was perfectly done and the exact length that I requested! I couldn't be happier with the result and the job done. It took just a few days and I already had the dress in my hand! Even if I moved I'm still going there every time that I need anything altered. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I brought there a dress to fix. After a few days waiting I arrived to the shop and she had forgotten about my dress!!! I didn't come back there for more than 6 months. After that time, I decided to give her a second opportunity and I came back to fix a dress for a wedding. I left the dress there on Saturday. She asked me to go for the fitting next Thursday (after 6 days...) I needed It urgently after that. I couldn't believe that when I arrived there she HAD FORGOTTEN again about my dress. She even didn't know what to say. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
They're lovely here and do amazing repairs of holes and alterations on your clothes. The dry cleaning is sent out so be sure to be specific if there's a spot you need removed - I did once take something back to be redone.
An excellent service. I have had two dresses altered here - including my wedding dress. The owner is kind and friendly and did a fantastic job!
