Ben is outstanding at what he does! Ben was recommended to me by a landscape architect I was using on an ambitious project to build a new tourist attraction in Cornwall. Without the help, knowledge and support from Ben it would never happened. It felt like the most difficult planning application ever. Mostly due to an individual on the local parish council. But this didn't stop Ben, he expertly overcame this and got the planning application though, he even handled everything on an appeal for me and won! Now I find myself needing more advise as I've just taken on a business which needs new buildings and yet another planning application. Ben has been able to advise on the correct professionals do conduct the required surveys and advise on the surveys not needed. There's no doubt Ben has saved me money as well as getting planning applications though for me. He's advised me on planning matters for my family as well. I will forever be using Ben for all my planning needs, he just makes it so simple and easy. I love that he is honest in his time management and when he says he will do something he does to a high standard and on time. It's so refreshing to find someone like this in planning. I would recommend Ben to friends, family or a passer by on the street. Over the last 3 years that Ben has been doing work for me I've gone from feeling like a client to being a friend.
