Such a shame the Ipswich branch is now closed, was our first visit here and was a great place to eat! Although there was a problem with the online booking system meaning they did not receive our booking, they were able to accommodate us and made us feel very welcome. Food was great, service was great, especially the waitress who took our order who was very patient and thorough. Can't wait to go back, although I do suggest phoning to book to ensure you get a table! Thanks for a lovely meal guys

Absolutely great! We'd literally walked all the way around Bury St Edmunds trying to find something to eat and whilst there's a lot of choice, nothing really tickled our fancy and was getting really wound up with all the queues. We were heading back to the car and saw Byron and thought we'd take a look, hadn't been for a while. It was well worth it though. Although the burgers seemed smaller than before, I think it's better because you don't over indulge and the seasoned fries were amazing, so much so we ordered another bowl. Bottomless is a great idea! B-Rex burger was fab and cooked so well. I actually hate ordering burgers when out unless it's off a van because they're always so dry with dry buns and no sauce and just boring. Not this though, the bun was soft, burger was juicy, cheese melted and then the pickle and bacon just brought it together. Was well worth the visit and definitely cured my h-anger.
Fantastic burger as always and great service. We did feel a little sorry for the homeless person sitting against the window opposite our table though. Otherwise, a great experience.
Really nice staff served us when we called in late recently, no rush to get us out, and the burgers were just great. Good service and no complaints here. Veggie burger, onion rings and salad top notch.
