I took my Specialized road bike in for repair after a road traffic collision in August. The integrity of the frame was checked and paint work repaired. A quote was provided for the rebuild and replacement parts including wheels. The insurance company agreed the quote and paid out in late November. Not once did Julie or Neil chase up what was happening and once I gave them the go ahead I had the bike back within a week. Expertly rebuilt and handled by Steve the mechanic. The bike looks fantastic. I would recommend CBT Coalville to anyone for repairs, upgrades or a service. Thank you. Sion
