Amazing service from Caber start to finish. Staff were always happy to help and check in to make sure I was happy with everything when the work was being carried out. The work was completed within 4 days and everything was left tidy at the end of each day. The bathroom looks amazing. Really happy with it all and would highly recommend this company.

Great service from all involved at Caber. The guys did a great job fitting our kitchen and making it open plan. Really knowledgeable staff from design through to installation would definitely recommend Stevie and his team.

Caber bathroom fitted a toilet cubicle in my parents bar. What an absolute joke. I could have made a better job myself. Worst thing was it was the 'OWNER' that done the a majority of the work. Seems they have used odds bits of material lying around to finish the job, then advised my parents that the painter (which was not part of the price they were quoted, they got someone in to do this) would hide all the bodged work. The job would be acceptable if it was a DIY homer. Not a company apparently specialising in bathroom fitting. EDIT: Give Caber their due, they liaised with my parents and rectified the issues. The job is now 100% and looks really good. Got there in the end. Owner was very easy to deal with.

It is now a full year since Caber Methven fitted our new kitchen. It is STILL beset with problems and we are consrantly phoning ir emailing Caber to come out and fix these. The company came recommended by a family member who had a bathroom fitted some years ago and it still looks nice. Unfortunately since then they now seem to sub contract to workmen and every issue is then dealt with by telling us to contact ...the plumber....or the electrician...or the manufacturer of individual products. After a year of this we are just totally scunnered and would never ever recommend them. They are perfectly helpful when selling the kitchen then once the money has been paid they are really saying it is your problem, here is so and so's number to contact. That is just not good enough when we have paid 13 000, is it? In the first couple of months we had these issues: Dishwasher broken...waited several weeks for new parts. Hob discoloured and was replaced. Caber workmen broke our house alarm and we had to get the alarm company to repair it. Underfloor heating was installed but not properly connected. Washing machine door still swings open. Kitchen sink not properly connected, leaked all over the kitchen. Luckily were around and not on holiday. Infuriatingly the workman came back and told us we must have disconnected it!!!! Wrong orders for several items to be installed. The worktop bubbled in several places and we were told it was our fault. Currently we are waiting to get our boiling hot water tap reconnected by Caber. The manufacturer's (Grohe) engineer came out to look at why it was not working and fixed it temporarily but they were so appalled by the plumbing and wiring that they have refused to continue with the 5 year warranty until we get it fitted properly.
