Great company. Our supporters club use Arvonia, and this weekend I left my phone on the coach. I phoned them on a Sunday and they went out of their way to reunite me with my phone. Saved the day for me, and went that extra mile. Highly recommend!

we have been many times with Arvonia coach tours I can highly recommend travelling with them. on the 9th March we went to Sinah Warren on Hayling Island. Hampshire. Our driver was Dylan. he went above and beyond his duties to make all of us have a very enjoyable time, He gave us a time each day to leave the hotel for our tour. He gave us a time to be picked up, He was always waiting much before the set time to leave. the tours are high quality, value for money, always punctual. . . From the time one book to the time your tour ends it is organised very professional. I was very impressed with the form we had to give feed back. The firm really takes on board your comments. I commented we were too long at one drop off during the day. The next tour they will change the timings at the town allowing less time to be hanging around, we have to consider the driver rest time.. We visited Portsmouth for the day. We found this very interesting to place to visit. Visitors can spend hours down the dockyard visiting the Mary rose. We would like to go again on this tour. When all the pandemic is over. we look forward to booking with Avonia again. They certainly got it right how to treat customers.I have never been disappointed with any of the drivers. Thank you very much Arvonia for excellent organisation
