WARNING - Their scoring system is not fit for purpose Their score system is not fit for purpose. Please read other reviews on here that are similar to ours. Despite running a successful company with very healthy year on year growth and a subsequent healthy increase of net worth year on year these guys have lowered our score from 90 to 36! Due to the industry we're in we pay for all goods on a proforma basis. All of our standard bills from councils, utilities etc are paid by Direct Debit. When I asked them to advise why our score had dropped so much in the last 8 months they gave me answers that were mainly based on assumptions, including that we are at risk of being out of business in a year! We will certainly not be renewing our subscription with them. If the information they're providing on our own business is totally incorrect and so misleading what is the point of us using their services to check on other businesses, the scores they publish are not a true reflection on the business, quite the oposite, basically useless. Total non-sense, will report to the relevant authorities as this company needs to be held accountable.

Absolutely awful experience whilst I was working there for the two months I was. They made all staff stand up on their feet throughout a full days shift; you were only allowed to sit down if you had medical issues. Pretty sure that wasn’t even legal but was only 17 at the time. I also remember them saying there were incentives for each time you sold a product however nobody ever ended up getting their incentive as they found ways of bending their original statements, which caused a lot of other people to leave. 80% of the training given was to teach staff tactics in regards to the tone of your voice and the particular words that you use, that tricks the customer to persist with the call, even though you’d be cold calling them. Crazy.

May I just say that not all staff at this company are louts! Unfortunately the 1000 I've recently had the misfortune to experience, would not encourage me to use this company. Everyone is allowed to let their hair down, but have respect for others in the vicinity. Their recent vacation upset a lot of adults and children and resulted to the removal of the resort's out door entertainment licence . Their behaviour was worse than I have ever experienced, do they not know what toilets are for?

I want to cancel my contract because my business is struggling but they won't let me, I've hardly used the system and they are still charging me monthly. There is no way I'm paying for no more than what I've used and thats very very less. They are very kind prior to getting you to sign the contract and then they are just rude. SCAM & EXTORTION.
