This time last year I was searching for a beginner's violin for my partner who had always wanted to learn. Being an adult, I wished for this violin to fit his size, have a high quality of sound and not remind us of a beginner's violin you may give to a child. Whilst being abroad at the time, Martin's skill and care put my search and purchasing process at complete ease - meaning my partner and I arrived back home to collect a highly spec'd, beautiful instrument. An absolute pleasure of an experience from start to finish - Martin's character, patience, and craftmanship makes you immediately feel at ease.

Slight delay in getting my new violin, but when that’s because Martin was looking for more character in the wood of my new student violin and requesting a new one from the supplier, the delay is more than welcomed. On collection Martin was very friendly and explained the work he’d done during the setup. The whole experience left me in no doubt as to where I’ll be heading when I’m ready for my next violin. From initial emails through to collection, thanks for such a great service!
