Contacted the company to gain advise upon what product would be best for my property. The customer adviser offered no real information or technical expertise she was unhelpful and really sounded as if she couldn't be bothered! I was really surprised as the products have been recommended to us. Its a shame but I will be looking for an alternative supplier now.

Said my brand new fan was faulty and needs replacing. Sent me a new motherboard instead, fitted it and it does not work. Probably as they advised me I need a new fan not a motherboard? Their recommended engineers Farmwood came to fit it and it and low and behold it still does not work. Bought the units brand new and have never worked. I wish we went with a different manufacturer who would have been about the same price

Though they was good until there was a problem. After installing the 7th HRVC I only started to notice the poor quality of there units and terrible customer service. They won't try to fix your problem. There 5 year warranty is a con is only 1 year then the rest is labour but its a con. The hrvc filters are rubbish cheap bit of material. Not a pleated filter that can be cleaned properly.

No useful information regarding the true running cost of the heated version during cold weather on their website so I called and was told its not possible to say as everyone having different tariffs but went online and instantly found a calculator ( that they could have on their site ) and found it costs 1.80 a day - So a massive cost of 54 a month - Now I see why they don't give this information on their website.

I moved into my property in 2013 and recently my MRXBOX developed a fault. I called the Nuaire customer services, and expected it to get expensive quickly. I think I telephoned 3 times in total, each time the person on the end of the phone was polite, and knew the product inside-out. I am inside my 5 year parts only warranty, so Nuaire sent out 3 replacement parts, covering all possibilities of what the fault could be. The unit is completely modular and after replacing the control unit (the most likely culprit and required only a screw driver to change) the unit is now fully functioning again. Thanks so much, I have been blown away by the customer service.
