Very nice little cottage cafe. Friendly staff, tasty food and beautiful location. Covid safe... What more could you want!

I can't recommend this quaint cafe enough. Visited them today and was dealt with politely and with smiles. The cafe is set in a beautiful area surrounded by trees. The home made tomato and basil soup was to die for with two generous chunks of bread. Other people's food also looked very tasty, plentiful and well presented. The menu had a good variety to choose from for all tastes. Very much worth a visit. A little gem. Thank you for a very pleasant lunch.
Truly love this place, gorgeous inside and such lovely surroundings outside. Food is amazing, the tastiest and most colourful salad I've ever had, the ploughman's is just amazing, it's my favourite thing on the menu and the soups are always delicious too.
Unbelievably beautiful. Perfectly presented food, some of it from the surrounding gardens or sourced locally. My ploughman's platter came with 'artisan' bread, which was the star of the show, no seriously, I bake all my own, and this was good. Presentation means a lot here, and is all part of the experience. My partner's walnut bread cheese on toast was just as impressive. It's 2020, so I have to mention Coronavirus. Track and trace details taken, visors, windows opened on request, and of course loads of space to eat outside.
Fine food that stands out in an area with good cafes. Staff obviously take pride in their food and service. Few locations beat this for atmosphere and environment.
