At first the guy seemed friendly and helpful but the hardware installed wasn't satisfactory, specifically the outside alarm bell box has a very dim deterrent flashing LED but he didn’t want to replace it stating that it was normal even though the same system installed at a neighbour’s house had a brighter LED. Additionally he never turned up to fit a dummy alarm box at the back of the house and didn’t bother to let me know in advance that he couldn’t make it so I wasted time off work and never heard from him since. If you really have to use the services of this person make sure you pay him after he completes the work and only if you are totally happy with it as I made the mistake of paying him before checking everything and before completion. I asked for a part refund but unsurprisingly I never got a response.

Firstly having moved into a new build home, ,you can not tell that I have had cctv fitted. no unsightly cables or mess left after installation. The kit itself is top notch and being able to monitor remotely without any further charges incurred compared to other systems is a major selling point that they should push more. So far cctv coverage has been used in a successful conviction on adjacent road and also alerted me several times to potential thieves by notification to my mobile. thoroughly recommend service as I wanted five cameras and after survey I was advised only needed three
