Update: Richard is not only a useless solicitor he is also a dishonest thief. You still owe me the 800 Home office fee that I gave you and never used before you disappeared. I still haven't forgotten and will be taking legal action. Avoid like the plague. Terrible solicitors, they never reply to emails or messages once they have your money and don’t seem to care about the problems they are causing. Had to switch after months of poor and slow service. You have been warned.

Our experience with the solicitors at Cahill de Fonseka was wonderful. Professional, attentive, knowledgeable and thorough in their approach, they helped us navigate a complicated procedure that had been earlier messed up by the previous lawyers - a big player in the industry. Starting from the initial free consultation - initially intended just as a second opinion on the process managed by the original lawyers - they were diligent in their advice. When things finally went wrong, they were there throughout to think through options and finally successfully close out the solution, months faster than if we would have tried to do it ourselves. I believe the difference was made through their personal attention and care towards sensitive situations with personal impact.
