I visit cake shop most days for a slice of their beautiful cheesecake and a piece of a cream cake too. Well worth the money and nothing to complain about
Rude staff no smile on face staff don’t know pony cartoon I already send by email and pay 5 pounds extra and collection time 11.30 o’clock but I wait 30.00 minutes and I wast time wast money if anyone buy cake this shop don’t pay full amount because after staff very very rude.they don’t care

Pre-ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. Paid in full and was told to collect it at 2pm. I arrived on time and was told they had no strawberries. I specifically chose the cake as my daughter loves strawberries. The lady who was serving me did attempt to go at this point to purchase some but was unable to. The lady who i presume was the manager came out to say there was nothing they could do. My argument with them was they could of at least called me and informed me so i could get the cake from another shop. She was very rude and refused to accept any criticism and just said i'm refunding you and we did nothing wrong. She would not accept she left me in an awkward position of having to run around on my daughters 1st birthday to find a cake. Will never use them again!!!!!
I am customer for six years . It was my favourite cake shop.But know everything is changed, I ordered vegan cake for birthday It was disgusting. Test was horrible I used only for photo then I put it in the bin. And price was expensive than normal cake. Do not order vegan cake in this shop only wasting money.
Amazing customer service always manage to meet last minute request. Cakes are spectacular and reasonably priced
