I found Liz on Google & after a quick look at her Instagram profile I knew I wanted her to make a wedding cake for mine and my now husband's big day. From initial contact, to the big day, Liz was amazing. She explained everything really clearly, took the time to get to know us at our tasting consultation, sent us detailed sketches and delivered the most beautiful and delicious cake that took my breath away when I saw it. It was a piece of art & looked almost too good to eat. I would 100% recommend Liz to anyone, whether its for your wedding day, or a celebration. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Liz made our wedding cake. She did a phenomenal job. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted absolutely delicious. All the guests loved the cake. Liz's customer service was also remarkable. She was very professional, took our ideas on board and executed them into a very beautiful and elegant cake. She made the whole wedding experience stress free. We used CakeBuds for or Wedding in October 2019. Liz was absolutely amazing throughout the consultation and booking process, really patient and helpful with styles also helping out with our budget. We were absolutely blown away with the end product and everyone was so impressed at the Wedding it was a shame we had to eat it. But we were glad we did as it tasted amazing! I couldn’t recommend CakeBuds enough if you need a cake for any occasion.
From start to finish Liz’s attention to detail and ability to ensure your wedding cake is special and generally taste out of this world is evident. Upon arriving at Liz’s home for the cake consultation we were immediately met with a clear view of how she worked, how things were priced and guidance for selecting a wedding cake. Liz worked with us to ensure we remained within budget and was very creative in making the cake flow well with are overall decor theme. As a couple you are able to see a clear output of what your cake will look like and you are able to iterate the drawings Liz produces until you arrive at your said cake. I found this extremely unique and valuable because it ensured our cake would be bespoke but also that we would not be surprised on our wedding day. Thank you so much Liz for delivering such a masterpiece on our wedding day.
Liz did an absolutely amazing job of our cake. We were looking for something fairly unconventional and we were blown away by the finished product. From sending through designs to choosing flavours it was a seamless process which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. Thanks again and can't recommend Cakebuds enough!
Liz made our wedding cake in March 2019. I cannot recommend CakeBuds enough; the entire process was painless, and the final product was delicious! Liz was friendly and communicative, and collaborating on the design was a fun process. She really listened to our ideas, and we were so happy with how things turned out, both visually and flavour wise. All of our guests agreed the dessert was a highlight of our day. We've saved the top tier for our anniversary and I can't wait to enjoy a slice of this cake again.
I can’t recommend Liz enough. She has been great from start to finish and very professional. We were so impressed when we met her for a wedding cake consultation. We got a cake sample box with great range of flavours and they all tasted divine, it was hard to choose. The design process was smooth as she made sketches which were very helpful. She has great ideas and suggestions and goes above and beyond. Great communication. We just wanted to say thank you again for our beautiful and delicious cakes Liz.
Gosh where to begin. Liz is an extremely professional and creative cake creator! From our first appointment to discuss ideas she was fantastic. So when I presented her my ideas of a crazy cake - she said sure let's try this! This included making a dragon with a beard and glasses on. All throughout the process she was communicating to say how it was going and she most definitely delivered. That was the greatest salted caramel cake ever - full of flavour. The cake was a real show stopper. I can do nothing but recommend CakeBuds :)
