Terrible experience. Communication was very poor and the delivery slot changed three times on the day. Ended up being delivered at 18:10... missed the birthday cheers guys Expensive for such poor customer service.
I ordered cup cakes this week for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her A level results. We have had a cake from Andrew before so knew how lovely they were but the girls were thrilled with the latest cup cakes! The pictures don't do them justice and so amazingly delicious! Delivered to the door also. Even better that I could rely on Andrew going to extreme lengths to prevent any nut contamination as my daughter has a nut allergy. So pleased with the results and would highly recommend them ️
I'm in Oz and wanted to send something special on my sister's special birthday because I couldn't be there. The cup cakes were amazing. Only negative you couldn't get a happy birthday cup cake. She loved them. Arrived nice and early and presented really well. Thank you Andrew and team.
