I never do reviews but have been so impressed and delighted with the service and refurbishment of my Rolex Air-King by Steven at Calibre Watch Repairs that I write this to help others. Not only does my watch look new but the cost was less than half price quoted by Rolex Main Agents. I looked at the website and saw Steven’s credentials and past work and was keen to try him. He does an insured postal service or you can go direct to his premises. I will definitely use him again and my wife will have her Rolex Oyster serviced by him in the near future. I have already passed his details to a friend who needs an Omega restored. Thanks Steven.

took my rotary watch for repair/service, returned in 1st class condition, clean polished and working perfectly, very reasonable price (compared to other quotes) am now having my other watch serviced. cannot recommend highly enough. this is the go to guy for watch repairs.
I've had a bit of bother getting my Rolex serviced in the past. There seem to be a lot of jokers knocking about; asking how much I'll sell it for and then blanking me when I say it's not for sale. Calibre are a breath of fresh air. Quick response to enquiries. No messing about. The watch came back absolutely mint. They polished a nasty scratch out of the fluted bezel. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received.
Excellent service and incredible value for money. My 33 year old Rolex was in need of a service but the estimated 8 week lead time to get it back from the AD and the uncertainty from my local agent on the final cost was slightly off putting. After trawling google for independent watchmakers in Scotland with the credentials to work on my watch, I came across Steven at Calibre Watch Repair. From start to finish the experience was excellent, Steven was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process whilst reducing the lead time significantly. My watch was returned in perfect working order with a 24 month warranty. I would highly recommend Calibre Watch Repair and will be returning in the future.
Was in urgent need of my watch being serviced steven replied to my email immediately and the following day the watch was being repaired. Fast professional service. I have to say i was impressed so would happily recommend this shop.
