Fantastic customer service and delivery. Firstly I received great value sample pack very quickly which helped me pick for ordering a pallet. Last year I had a very bad experience ordering a wood pallet from another company and therefore I had some queries regarding delivery of the pallet - I live in a rural location which is difficult to find and on a road which is unsuitable for a large lorry. My queries were answered clearly and quickly and I booked the order. Pleased to say that the delivery by Palletline was painless - a friendly and professional driver who found the location in good time with no problems. A smaller lorry was sent which was able to get along road and even turn outside the house. Overall very impressed with Calido and Palletline - and of course the driver, thank you!

Amazing service and Value for Money - Delivery in two days and the driver was fantastic- tried his best to get it up our driveway but we failed so I had to unload the logs - its only when you unload the pallet you realise how many are packed in so much more (seems like triple the amount for the same money) than the builders bags I have had before. Also local firm is selling Wheelie bins of logs for nearly the same amount as the pallet and FYI I filled over 5 Wheelie bins moving them!! all uniform sized and very easy to stack. Brilliant
