We were devastated to lose our little Murphy late in the evening on an Easter weekend, I called them quite late in the same evening (I was in shock and wasn't aware of the time) and they handled everything with kindness and compassion, and my little boy was ready the very next day, which was especially nice as it was a bank holiday weekend and the country was in lock down, I can thoroughly recommend this service and I will use them again ... Though I hope not too soon

We were devastated after we lost our lovely dog Alfie suddenly in December and our vet recommended them. We called Dawn and she was very compassionate and kind. We took him up to them and Claire met us. She was absolutely fantastic. Later the same day Dawn called saying he was ready for us to collect. If you ever lose a pet this is the place to take them. Fabulous service and compassionate people. We couldn't recommend a better place. A lovely setting for your beloved pets final farewell. Thank you Dawn and Claire. ️
