Calztec waste no time on getting their refurbishment projects completed at a very high standard, which is evident in the standards they expect of JDM. Calztec are very promt in payment, and always pay in full, so long as they have been given a correct, professional service which JDM always strive to deliver. Contractors and Customers be very careful about deling with this company. Contractors they will get you on the job /site. Give you work to do complete. After work as been done to there requirements. They will refuse to pay you. They have done this to all the contractors on site. Customers they will use cheepest and inferior materials. Tell you that they are using top quality products. No they don't even use the correct materials. Inferior and very low quality. Please question all dealing with this company and the owner James's
