We hadn't had our oven cleaned for a long time and our dealings with the company were excellent from start to finish. Scott was excellent with information and arranging the appointment, even though we had to cancel the original booking. Steve the cleaner then turned up on time, was very professional and did a quite amazing job on our oven. Already booked in for 6 months time. I highly recommend this company to anyone for their cleaning needs.

Had my oven cleaned. Helpful when arranging a date & time and text the night before to confirm. Called when delayed by the job before mine. Didn't rush mine though, thorough , clean , tidy and professional. Very happy with the result, oven hadn't been cleaned for 18 months and looks like new. Invoice arrived next day with choice of payment options.

I have been using this company for a while now and have now stopped. The were doing a poor job of cleaning my bins - they literally were just hosing it down, not brushing or using any detergent... my son has now offered to do the same whenever they need cleaning as he saw the poor service they were providing, he said the bin was still dirty at the bottom! I have also had issues with 2 separate neighbours... one because they kept walking over his front garden instead of walking around on the pavement and the other because they made a mess of his freshly clean car from the water that splashed out from when they cleaned my bin. How terribly disrespectful and unprofessional! Looking at previous reviews it seems like I am not an isolated case unfortunately
