I compleatly understand the stress and pressure Brenda's must be under. But........ ive been trying to contact them for the last 9 days at least. I ordered 3 days before cut off and yesterday I received ONLY HALF of the kids uniform that i ordered. No notification. No email. Just TO FOLLOW on the invoice. I would be very helpfull to have had a tiny bit of notification and or customer service. Especialy as they have the local monopoly on Weydon Branded uniform.

Overpriced with terrible customer service. Using the excuse of operating online services only as a reason to no longer offer exchanges, poor fit of uniform designs mean choosing the correct size uniform without being able to try on first is exceedingly difficult. School uniform shopping is stressful enough as it is without being made more so with the added expense this causes. Not all parents can afford to buy extras to send back. Working in retail myself I know exchanges are a simple procedure to process, so should be offered. Unprofessional way to run a business. I begrudge giving them my hard earned money but sadly they have monopolised the school uniform trade and customers have no choice. I definitely do not recommend and would shop elsewhere if I had the option. The abusive, condescending reply received in response is sadly clarification of unprofessional service. My heartfelt condolences are given to parents forced to shop here.
Great service from Brenda's this week, thanks. There was a problem but it was sorted out brilliantly by James, they are absolutely slammed at the moment so please take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt. It is usually very good and will be again. 2020 isn't normal sometimes people need a bit of slack
Called to ask if sports jumper was available to be picked up as I had paid for it back in August. The lady on the phone was so rude! Very disappointed with service and as far as I am aware this is the only shop that sells school specific uniforms. Can’t even ask for a refund and take my custom elsewhere - perhaps this is why their customer service is so poor!
Not impressed. Did not know it was online only ordering. Only went to buy a tie, told to order online and would be able to collect in 4 days; the most annoying thing was the rack of school ties was to the left of the person!! Further to the response from Brendas, I would have liked to have bought one school tie - please note I was not trying to return or exchange any item to the store. When I asked if could order said tie there and then online I was also told yes I could but had to come back in 4 days to collect, seemed a little unfair when the available ties were on display next to the door!!
