Very welcoming and well equipped gym. I had been putting off coming back to a gym for some time and had major gym anxiety. I was welcomed by Sarah who works on reception straightaway and she even took the time to show me around and made sure I knew where everything was even though I hadn't booked an induction. I'm now looking forward to coming back!
A very good gym with loads of classes to choose from with very front of house staff and welcoming always welcomed with a smile without a smile hard to see that down south and I am from the north. Everything great but sad to hear that the steam room will longer be available due to running cost which is understandable. But still a 5 out of 5 for me.

Very nice lived in Gym with a great crowd of people. No posers and a good selection of equipment. Amazing value for money compared to high end over priced Gyms. Highly recommended.
