As part of a home improvement project i decided to replace my old intruder alarm and to move my maintenance contract to a local provider to secure better support.I chose KBO and have been delighted.The installation was carried out promptly, efficiently and tidily.The system was demonstrated and fully explained to us so we were confident with its operation. I have found every member of KBO to be friendly, competent,helpful and efficient. KBO are a very professional, customer focused local company which has provided me with first class service. I made the right choice in choosing KBO and as result 5 months later I chose them to install my cctv.

My parents have a alarm installed from kbo and from the original installation to ongoing servicing of the system and the staff in the office we've received first class service I can't recommend kbo highly enough if you need a alarm or any other security solutions kbo is the best in the whole of the southern counties

A huge thank you to KBO for their help in dealing with my mum’s faulty alarm. Very professional and caring, from the lady who answered my cry for help to the engineer who did the job. A prompt and efficient service. Will have no hesitation in recommending them.

My nan lives on her own and had a fall a few months back. Unfortunately she had placed the key the other side of the door so we could not get in. We managed to gain entry but was worried this may happen again. After speaking to KBO and explaining my concerns they changed the locks on both doors which allowed access even if the key was in the other side. They also cut extra keys so our family could gain access if necessary. Thankfully they explained to my nan that she could lock the door but also the family could unlock if necessary. Nice to know there are companies who still take pride in ensuring the safety of the elderly. Highly recommended

Recently had a cctv installation carried out by KBO and have to say the engineers that attended were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about their trade. I was really happy with the end result and now being able to be notified automatically when the children arrive home is a great feature of the system that I was sold. Would highly, highly recommend.
