Kingsclear is a beautiful home, with friendly staff prepared to go above and beyond to ensure anyone coming to the home is well looked after. There is a nice atmosphere around the place and a great team prepared to give your loved ones the care they deserve.

I have been visiting my friend since she moved in a few years ago and have never really felt the need to write a review but I have to say that over the last year or so Kingsclear has really made positive changes. Talking with my friend on the phone this evening, she is happy and feels like all has changed for the better. She mainly puts this down to the changes implemented by the new ladies in management who are both always ready and willing to listen to anything that she has to say. It made my heart swell to hear her sound so happy.
I have to say that Kingsclear is one of the most welcoming places that I have visited. The receptionist is always friendly and very welcoming when I visit my friend in the home. The staff are friendly and attentive and do everything they can to help the residents. I am shocked to see some of the comments written here as I have never experienced these scenarios. Yeah a few home managers over the years but as long as the residents are happy who cares??! The new manager is very focussed on making the Home the best in Camberley which is all I ask so that my friend remains safe and happy
New building, same staff. They neglected our dad so much that an ambulance was called, he was dangerously dehydrated, he had bed sores and the food was dreadful, he had lost a lot of weight, we nearly lost him. The hospital got him back to normal after a week or so. My dad said that Kingsclear staff didn’t know how to use any of the equipment and the home wasn’t any good for sick people. Communication and safety communication between all staff was near nonexistent.
