Well I have used some poor suppliers in the past but these chaps carry the trophy for being the worse possible supplier. We use them for Washroom services in the school, claimed to visited and serviced the school in one month but this was not true, failed to acknowledge the missed service or even refund for this, missed the next service date, when they finally arrived they didn't have the necessary equipment to complete the job. Absolute mess and unbelievable in their lack of communication, they have a habit of passing the buck and not taking ownership. Good luck trying to get a response.

As has been said the man was perfectly nice. If this was a review of the lovely man it would be 10 . But alas no. Alan can’t save this hive from destruction. I lost my train of thought but the owls are still there. Acting like they own the place. I haven’t been able to use my home office in 3 months.
Hard work to get a simple process dealt with.
