Having dealt with both Daniel and Naomi as an international customer I am very happy with the product and service. They were responsive via email and suggested ways to make the product better value with various shipping options. In the end I collected in person from Daniel. He was ready at the agreed time and loaded the car for me. The product itself seems very sturdy and of good quality. Very happy overall. Thank you Daniel/Tekplas.

Great customer service all the way from ordering to delivery. I mistakenly ordered the \multi-coloured\ verion of the play pen so I sent an email almost straight away. It was the weekend so I followed up on Monday morning, My order was annotated with the correction and I was advised that even though the order confiormation and delivery note would still stay \multi-coloured\ the manufacturing instruction would be for a \white\ play pen. I received an email on the day of delivery advising my order was dispatched for delivery. I also received a phone call and a text message advising of the delivery time. Although my phone was on silent and I am not wedded to it so I missed them. :) Kamran, who actually made it, pulled up outside my house at the expected time. Really nice and friendly guy, very helpful and confirmed it was white... I know they are only 3 miles or so from my house but this was great service. Delivered ahead of schedule and with great care. Great product, simple to put together, well manufactured and packaged. \Nice people to do businss with.\ Our grandson who has temproarily moved in with our daughter is now securely caged. Highly recommend Tekplas. Exceptional service. Thanks.
