Not knowing much about garage doors i was expecting the worst when i couldnt get the door to open properly. This company gave prompt service with a no fuss attitude. Extremely informative on how to care for the door in the future. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone in the same boat

Richard (company owner) managed to save our self respect by repairing our garage door the day before completing the sale of our house. As a GP and A&E doctor, it is my job to assess people, and in my humble assessment Richard is: Highly knowledgeable (able to discern different manufacturers with minimal detail) Innovative (able to repair our door when it appeared to be beyond repair) Honest, whilst being incredibly respectful Tenacious (continued to try to repair the door despite it being at the end of a hard day's work) As such, all my future garage door work will go to him, as will that of my family and close friends. After all his work at our house, he didn't even charge me a penny! Having worked with many tradesmen of various walks of life, I have learned that it is always worth paying a respectable amount for honest and committed service, and Richard is the personification of such virtues. Avoid, avoid, avoid. This company took 50% deposit on 17 July for 2 new garage doors which we were told would take 6 weeks. In late October they came and fitted the doors but they were defective so we were told it would another 4 weeks. When they finally came in January to fit the new doors one was found to be defective again and it then took until 26 Apr for them to come back with the final door. In that time we had no communication except for a demand for full payment and they even started a CCJ process until they realised they had not completed the job! Enough said.
Fantastic service, quick response, restored my faith in human nature, polite, courteous, sorted problem immediately. Would highly recommend. Brilliant!
