Very knowledgeable and friendly individual. Fast, next day, service and great communication through the hifi repair.
Russ very promptly fixed my amplifier and guitar and made up a new lead in a nice Cornish Tartan pattern. I now sound like Jimmy Page with ten thumbs again. Excellent service with a smile. Russ really knows his stuff and I can't recommend him highly enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Top bloke.
